Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

We will only provide a refund if you cancel the order before it is shipped or if for some unexpected reason, we were not able to ship the item to you. We do not provide refunds for lost items. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

We do not accept returns. If the item is damaged upon receipt, please file a claim with the carrier. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
